Keith Christy Biography

About Keith Christy

I help business owners used cutting edge technology, business- management strategies, and a philosophical approach to create an environment that draws customers in, and more importantly, keeps them coming back. Like gravity, there are laws that govern the movement of particles and there are laws that govern the movement of customers. I understand the day-to-day challenges merchants face.

I’ve worked for small businesses in the Food & Beverage sector for nearly 30 years. In 2018, I hosted a radio show on WWDB-AM 860 called “The Restaurant Life with Keith Christy,” that averaged over 10,000 listeners per week from Reading, PA to Atlantic City, NJ. I’ve published 2 books: The Man Who Made Lemonade (2016), and How to Make Your Business Magnetic: The Power of Stories, Teams, & Questions (2020).

Education & Experience

I have a Bachelor’s in English from Temple University, a Master’s in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and am currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Global Business from the Saïd Business School at Oxford University.

Right There with You

I point out my background because I know what business owners go through on a daily basis. I’ve stood alongside owners who work hours most people could never fathom, let alone handle. For owners, there are no 9-5 days, no weekends off; their minds continue to work even when their body’s force them to rest.

I know how hard it can be to keep an eye on the staff while worrying about inventory, filling the seats, and adhering to an infinite number of government regulations and taxes- all the while striving to serve the perfect experience consistently. I have been there. I get it. But the world has changed. There are tools and strategies that can tremendously help owners successfully manage their business. It can be easier, much easier. And it can be done at a cost that is fair to you. It is my hope that the technology and strategies available make immediate changes in your business that carry over into your life. Because your business is your life.
